Telge Real Estate digitizes the entire real estate portfolio

Telge has digitized its entire property portfolio, and created the conditions for digital management and control of rentable space. Based on the digital information, new lease contracts have been created, thus assuming actual conditions.

At the same time, a development project is being implemented in which new space management functions are created. Examples are the establishment of information about buildings and spaces so that different types of handling are facilitated. The main reason is the possibility of creating and maintaining rental and cleaning contracts.

The deal includes the delivery of Trix Organizer 7 Real Estate Selection, a package consisting of Trix Organizer 7 and various additions intended for property management. Even Trix ProjectAccess 7 is included in the delivery.
