Conduct a feasibility study and test a pilot installation
This approach provides the necessary background information that is essential for successful deployment of a system solution. Testing everything in a properly deployed pilot installation increases the prospects for the system solution to become an optimized asset for the organization. We conduct studies aimed at identifying both short-term and long term needs. The studies are based on the current situation and adapted to a system solution in which we use our methods and tools. To begin with, we identify existing tools and methodologies. We also review existing archive data to analyze the conditions on which the new system solution will be based. Requests and requirements regarding the immediate future, as well as functional requirements based on current visions, budget and user requirements are also specified.
