A solid foundation of training will help your business put Trix products to optimal use. Support while using Trix products is essential, not just initially, but even on an ongoing basis, for updates, and to train new users.
Training can be provided online with access to a personal online teacher.
Trix Standard Training
Our most common form of training is called Trix Standard Training and covers typical features for users who work several times per week with the specific Trix product. The training program covers a standard set of exercises that vary depending on the product. The fee for this program is charged by the training day and is aimed at standard users of Trix products. Max 10 students per session.
Trix Administrator Training
Our training program for administrators of information is called Trix Administrator Training and covers the most common elements relating to administration of Trix products and the information that is managed using them. The training program covers a standard set of exercises that vary depending on the product. Participants must first complete Trix Standard Training to be eligible for this program. The fee for this program is charged by the training day and is aimed at administrators of Trix products. Max 4 students per session.
Trix Special Training
Various contexts require customized training, usually based on our specialist services. We call this training program Trix Special Training. The services are designed around a basic template, but the content can be adapted based on individual needs and requests. The fee for this program is charged by the training day and the scope is determined by agreement. Preparation days for course planning are required prior to initiation of the program. This program meets special needs for training about and related to the Trix products. Max 10 students per session.
