Our support and most common specialist services for the Trix products can be done via the Internet. We call it the Trix Online Service. The purpose is to be available with just a few keystrokes, either via e-mail, chat or via remote dialing. See different ways to contact us at the page below.

Our scheduling can be contacted through our PTS Helpdesk. The helpdesk is manned during daytime in the CET (Central European Time) hours to EDT (Eastern Daylite Time, American) between 7 am – 7 pm.

Our support is available directly. The issues are answered directly or as quickly as possible.

Some specialist services require more time-consuming efforts. These should be planned by time orders, as opposed to our support, which is available directly.

We will also provide instructional films and pure self-study courses for contract customers.
